Senior Business Analyst – Technology Transformation / Financial Services
Our client, a leading global financial services organisation, is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a strategic technology transformation programme.
The role will focus on requirements management, business process analysis and Agile delivery, working closely with product owners, architects, developers and senior business stakeholders to support the delivery of a next-generation platform. Experience in a scaled Agile (SAFe) environment and the application of AI tools to enhance business analysis are key.
Required:
- Senior Business Analysis experience within a technology development or transformation environment
- User stories, acceptance criteria & backlog management
- Agile delivery, ideally within a SAFe environment, including PI Planning and cross-team dependencies
- Business process mapping, gap analysis & structured problem-solving
- Stakeholder management across business and technology teams
- Experience using AI tools to support business analysis activities
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and process modelling tools
Beneficial:
- Experience with SaaS platforms, API integrations, data migration or complex system integrations
- Knowledge of fund administration, investor servicing, NAV calculation or financial reporting
- BA or Agile certifications, such as BCS, CBAP or SAFe BA
Location: City of London - Hybrid
Contract Type & Rate: up to £500 p/d Outside IR35 - Initial 6 months, with potential to extend
