Scrum Master

Location: City of London (Hybrid, 2 days per week on site)

Duration: Initial 6 months

I am partnering with a leading global Fund Administrator, providing corporate and fund services across private equity, infrastructure and real estate, to appoint an experienced SAFe Scrum Master for a high-profile client migration programme.

The Programme

The programme will migrate a prospective client from their existing reporting environment onto the firm’s proprietary fund administration and reporting platform. The initial phase is a proof of concept covering five fund products, comprising approximately 270 investments and 230 investors, across complex structures including Fund of Funds, master-feeder and SPV arrangements.

The Role

As Scrum Master, you will lead the delivery team through the SAFe framework, facilitating all ceremonies and ensuring the team remains focused on a fixed commercial deadline. You will be responsible for removing impediments, managing dependencies across business and technology functions, and providing stakeholders with clear reporting on progress, risks and issues. You will also support the team in maintaining a consistent delivery cadence while navigating the complexity of fund and investor data migration.

Key Skills Required

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master within a SAFe environment (SAFe certification preferred)
• Background in Financial Services, ideally within Fund Administration, Asset Management or Private Markets
• Track record of delivering data or platform migration programmes
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams

This is an initial 6 month contract at £500 per day outside IR35, with 2 days per week on site in the City of London.
