Our client, a boutique financial services firm, is seeking a Portfolio Administrator to join the Investment Operations team on a contract basis.

You'll be responsible for administering equity and fund investments, from initial setup through to ongoing lifecycle management. Day-to-day you'll process transactions, monitor investee reporting, maintain accurate data in our systems, and prepare exposure reporting.

  • Experience in portfolio administration or fund accounting within an investment environment
  • Good understanding of financial instruments and their administration
  • Experience with portfolio administration software such as eFront, Allvue, Dynamo, or Investran
  • Proficient in Excel
