Morson Edge are currently representing an established bank on an exciting opportunity for a Financial Crime Client Lifecycle Associate to join on a permanent basis and take ownership of building and embedding a first-line assurance capability for the bank.

This would be a London-based role with 3 days in the office.

Job responsibilities:

  • Working with and providing direction to a growing team of Financial Crime analysts to undertake the Client Due Diligence and ongoing assurance processes.
  • Implement the Bank’s KYC procedures, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Deliver the end-to-end client onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and efficient process aligned with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Conduct continuous monitoring reviews of our clients to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.
  • Support the Operations Manager – Client Lifecycle Management in developing an assurance framework for Embedded Banking, ensuring the appropriate controls are in place to ensure compliance.

To be considered you would need:

  • Strong financial crime operations experience in 1st line.
  • Experience implementing the Bank’s KYC procedures, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Experience delivering the end-to-end client onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and efficient process aligned with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Experience conducting continuous monitoring reviews of clients to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.
  • Experience supporting the Operations Manager – Client Lifecycle Management in developing an assurance framework for Embedded Banking, ensuring the appropriate controls are in place to ensure compliance.
