We are currently partnering with a global Investment Manager based in London, who is seeking a Contract Reconciliation & Governance professional to join the team on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of designing and implementing a robust contract management and governance framework across Distribution Services and Client Operations. You will play a key role in shaping processes across a range of contract types, including Distribution Agreements, Rebates, and Ring-fencing Agreements. Working closely with project teams, you will drive the centralisation of all legal contracts, review and rationalise existing rebate agreements, and partner with the AML team to ensure full compliance with Anti-Financial Crime requirements.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience working with legal agreements, contract lifecycle management, or governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with DocuSign or similar contract execution and document management tools.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
