A leading specialty insurer is looking for a Senior Bordereaux Analyst to join their Delegated Authority team. This role will support the management, validation and oversight of bordereaux data across a Lloyd’s market portfolio, working closely with Underwriting, Claims, Finance, brokers, coverholders and TPAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the receipt, review and processing of premium, risk and claims bordereaux.
- Validate, cleanse and upload data into internal systems, investigating discrepancies and data quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with Lloyd’s reporting standards, binding authority agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Support coverholder and TPA relationships, resolving queries and improving data processes.
- Produce MI and reporting to support underwriting oversight and portfolio performance.
- Assist with audits, governance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in bordereaux management, oversight or delegated authority operations.
- Strong understanding of Lloyd’s market processes, binding authorities and coverholder reporting.
- Experience handling premium, risk, claims and paid bordereaux.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data cleansing).
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with brokers, coverholders and internal teams.
- Experience with Lloyd’s systems (ATLAS, DCOM, ECF2, IMR, Crystal) and/or data mapping tools is desirable.
