My client, an exciting UK Digital Bank, is urgently looking for an AI Project Manager to join their London based office on a contract basis. This is a hybrid role, and you will be required in the office 3 days per week (in the City).

You will be responsible for AI Project Delivery, supporting a number of initiatives across AI, Intelligent automation and data driven transformation. This role will require you to work cross functionally across product, data, engineering, architecture and risk, ensuring AI solutions are delivered safely, ethically and securely within the banks compliance framework. Further to this you will ensure appropriate governance is in place whilst owning the delivery of the AI projects. The initiatives you will be involved in span:

  • Gen AI automation
  • Customer Facing conversational AI solutions
  • Internal AI assistants
  • Process automation

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Proven Project Management experience in the Financial Services space (preferably in the challenger banking or lending space)
  • Proven experience delivering commercial AI initiatives (ideally customer facing AI, chatbots, Intelligent Automation or advanced analytics)
  • Experience managing cross functional teams inclusive of AI engineers, Software Engineers and Data Scientists
  • Experience managing vendor-delivered AI solutions and SaaS platforms.
  • Strong software delivery experience including requirements, design, build, testing and release
  • Experience managing projects end to end and project teams and budgets
  • Excellent stakeholder management and vendor experience
  • Excellent communication skills
