- Strong knowledge of business applications, processes and learning delivery
- Experience developing training strategies, roadmaps and delivery plans
- Experience leading or coordinating a training function
- Interest in applying AI to enhance learning and user support
- Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organisation
- Experience producing management or executive-level reporting
