Morson Edge (Financial Services) is seeking an experienced individual to lead a specialist property underwriting team during a period of growth. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in credit decisioning.

The successful candidate will oversee underwriting activity, mentor underwriters, and ensure service standards align with the organization’s goals. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days a week in Hampshire office.
