Morson Edge are currently representing a established bank on an exciting opportunity for a Financial Crime Client Lifecyle Associate to join on a perm basis and take ownership of building and embedding a first-line assurance capability for the bank.

This would be a London based role with 3 days in the office
Job responsibilities
- Working with and providing direction to a growing team of Financial Crime analysts to undertake the Client Due Diligence and ongoing assurance processes.
- Implement the Bank’s KYC procedures, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
- Deliver the end-to-end client onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and efficient process aligned with regulatory standards and internal policies
- Conduct continuous monitoring reviews of our clients to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations
- Support the Operations Manager – Client Lifecycle Management in developing an assurance framework for Embedded Banking, ensuring the appropriate controls are in place to ensure compliance
To be considered you would need
- Strong fin crime ops experience in 1st line
