We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager/Head of Product to lead the development and optimisation of our clients' end-to-end customer sales journeys. You’ll own the product strategy for the customer/sales domain, driving customer‑centric solutions that maximise value, support business growth, and enable successful integrations and change initiatives.
The role:
- Own and deliver the customer sales product strategy, aligned to customer needs, business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead product discovery, using customer research, testing and data insights to inform priorities.
- Take accountability for the sales product backlog, translating strategy into initiatives, epics and user stories.
- Lead and support platform, system and journey integrations, including activity related to mergers, acquisitions or major business change.
- Set and deliver OKRs, ensuring measurable outcomes and strategic alignment.
- Work closely with Engineering, Customer, Delivery and wider teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end customer experiences.
- Drive data‑led product development through experimentation such as prototyping and A/B testing.
Experience Required:
- A successful track record in creating, owning and delivering the product strategy for B2C products gained within the insurance and/or financial service industry.
- End-to-end product delivery experience, including integration of systems, platforms or digital customer journeys.
- Experience supporting or delivering change associated with mergers, acquisitions or large‑scale transformations.
- Proven experience leading high-performing product teams.
- Strong experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, DevOps).
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence.
- A balance of technical understanding and commercial acumen.
