My client, a leading UK audit, tax and advisory firm, is looking for a Deal Analytics Manager or Associate Director to join the digital team within its consulting practice. You’d be working alongside the corporate finance and transaction services teams to bring a data-led edge to their deals.
You’ll lead analytics-driven due diligence, vendor assist and value creation work for mid-market private equity investors and high-growth businesses. You’ll run engagements end to end, from scoping through to final reporting, and manage and develop a small team along the way. You’ll also get involved in proposals, pitches and business development as you grow the firm’s reputation in this space.
What you’ll bring:
- Deal analytics experience on M&A, due diligence or transaction work
- A background in accounting and finance, with ACA, ACCA, CIMA or ICAS preferred
- Strong Alteryx skills feeding into Excel (Power BI is a bonus)
- Confidence turning messy financial and operational data into insight that shapes investment decisions
- Experience running projects from start to finish and juggling several deadlines at once
- Comfort working with stakeholders at every level, from analysts to deal partners and PE clients
