Day to day will be remote but will require travel to offices around the UK to deliver training, on-site support and post go-live support.
We’re supporting a specialist wealth technology consultancy delivering CRM implementations for wealth managers, private banks and IFAs. They’re looking for an experienced Technology Trainer / CRM Trainer to join on a 6-month contract to support multiple live client projects.
This is a hands-on delivery role focused on training end users, driving adoption, and supporting go-live across CRM and related tools. You'll design and deliver training across CRM systems and associated tools, working closely with implementation consultants and client teams to ensure successful user adoption.
Key Experience:
- CRM training experience in financial services / wealth management
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Intelliflo Office, Xplan or Curo (essential)
- Experience delivering end-user training (workshops, remote, 1:1)
- Ability to create clear training materials and guides
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills
