My client, a leading Financial Services organisation, is looking for a Business Analyst to take the lead on a Contact Centre Process Automation project on an initial 6 month contract basis.

You will be responsible for automating the flow of source data from Salesforce and Equation into GCP tables and out into Power BI dashboards, using defined data rules and logic. You will also be required to optimise operational workflows and case creation using AI.

You will engage with operations, data, and technology stakeholders to capture current-state workflows in detail, design target-state processes, and define the requirements that the automation and dashboarding solutions will be built against. You will produce high-quality process models and solution design artefacts, and remain hands-on through build, test, training, and into a sustainable support model.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Proven Business Analyst experience delivering automation and workflow transformation — automating manual operational processes, preferably within Financial Services.
  • Strong, demonstrable background in operational process analysis and process mapping, with deep hands-on experience producing AS-IS and TO-BE designs.
  • Previous experience and understanding of operational contact centre workflows.
  • Proven experience delivering data automation via GCP and AI/LLM integrations.
  • Experience with Power BI dashboarding requirements.
