A well-established London Market Insurer is looking for an experienced Operational Resilience & Business Continuity Manager to take full ownership of their resilience framework — from BCP design and crisis coordination through to DR oversight, third-party resilience, and physical security.
This is a broad, high-visibility role where you will chair the Business Continuity Working Group, lead live and scenario-based testing, and serve as the primary coordinator when things go wrong. You will work closely with InfoSec, Facilities, and senior leadership, and you will be expected to report into the board and engage with regulators where required.
- BCP and DR testing programmes across all critical business functions
- Third-party and outsourced service resilience, embedded into impact tolerance mapping
- Governance, regulatory reporting, and business-wide resilience training
Strong working knowledge of UK Operational Resilience policy and ISO 22301.
Experience managing third-party resilience risk and supplier incidents.
