Location: London (Hybrid) A leading specialty insurer is looking for a Senior Bordereaux Analyst to join their Delegated Authority team.
This role will support the management, validation and oversight of bordereaux data across a Lloyd’s market portfolio, working closely with Underwriting, Claims, Finance, brokers, coverholders and TPAs.
Key
Responsibilities: Manage the receipt, review and processing of premium, risk and claims bordereaux.
Validate, cleanse and upload data into internal systems, investigating discrepancies and data quality issues.
Ensure compliance with Lloyd’s reporting standards, binding authority agreements and regulatory requirements.
Support coverholder and TPA relationships, resolving queries and improving data processes.
Produce MI and reporting to support underwriting oversight and portfolio performance.
Assist with audits, governance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key
Requirements: 3+ years’ experience in bordereaux management, oversight or delegated authority operations.
Strong understanding of Lloyd’s market processes, binding authorities and coverholder reporting.
Experience handling premium, risk, claims and paid bordereaux.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data cleansing).
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with brokers, coverholders and internal teams.
Experience with Lloyd’s systems (ATLAS, DCOM, ECF2, IMR, Crystal) and/or data mapping tools is desirable.
