Process Reinvention Analyst – Investment Management - Perm
We are partnering with a leading asset manager to appoint an AI & Data Process Analyst within its Data Transformation team.
You will own the end-to-end process reinvention lifecycle, challenging existing ways of working and designing future-state processes, operating models, and organisational structures that are scalable, insight-driven, and automation-ready.
Working closely with senior leadership and Data & AI teams, you will help embed a culture of continuous improvement and champion data-led decision making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Data & AI Process Reinvention capability across the business.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify, prioritise, and deliver high-value transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Design and implement future-state processes and operating models that are scalable, insight-driven, and AI-enabled.
Ensure initiatives are value-led and leverage the latest capabilities in data, analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence.
- Drive innovation and operational excellence by continuously evolving tools, methodologies, and ways of working.
- Promote best practice and support the development and upskilling of colleagues across the organisation.
- Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes and AI-enabled process improvement initiatives.
- Strong expertise in process mapping, process mining, service design, and operational excellence methodologies.
- Deep understanding of how data, analytics, automation, and AI can be leveraged to drive business transformation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders.
- Previous experience within the Asset Management / Investment Management industry or Financial Services is essential.
