My client, an exciting UK Digital Bank, is urgently looking for an AI Business Analyst to join their London based office on a contract basis. This is a hybrid role, and you will be required in the office 3 days per week (in the City).

This role is to support ongoing projects in the Lending space at the bank including:

  • AI enhancements to the Collateral Management and Validation
  • AI assisted Valuation enhancements on business loans

These projects are intertwined with the wider business strategy leading into AI, and you will be a key individual, supporting the portfolio lead with the delivery, and working closely with the business to understand exact requirements. These roles also entail elements of product ownership as the bank looks to pivot further towards value stream and agile delivery.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Proven Business Analysis experience within the banking sector (preferably working at a challenger bank or Fintech)
  • Commercial AI experience
  • Experience with Salesforce or nCino
  • Software delivery experience from a BA / product perspective
  • Lending experience would be beneficial
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
