We are long established company with a reputation for providing high quality work for our clients.

We are currently looking for a Reinstatement Supervisor to join our team

The role is to manage the day to day activities of blacktop and whitetop squads and resolve any issues

You will be responsible for ensuring all work is carried out within the guidelines set out by DFI and private customers.

Reporting to the Engineering Director, you are expected to plan the daily scheduling whilst working within specific timeframes

You will liaise with the other Supervisors to co-ordinate the scheduling of work to ensure maximum efficiency

Computer literacy is essential however training will be given on our bespoke system

Experience in managing squads is desired, although knowledge of blacktop and white top reinstatement, with a keen interest in learning the job will be accepted.

Training will be provided for the right person

This is a very busy working environment and offers overtime and weekend work.

Hours of work are 07:00 - 17:00 (Monday-Friday). Overtime is also available.

You will be provided with a Van (including diesel) plus a mobile phone

About The Role

The role will involve scheduling reinstatement work for the squads using our in-house system

This will include various surface types and materials, ie: bitmac, asphalt, concrete, flags, topsoil etc

You will also be expected to ensure all paperwork, maps and information pertaining to the jobs is accurate and up to date

Must be organised and have the ability to re-schedule work at short notice..
