Digital Marketing Executive in Leicester

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who will be responsible for overseeing all digital marketing initiatives. This role will focus on developing, executing and optimising digital campaigns for both our Morro Partnerships and Motion Homes brand.

This role can be based out of our Leicester office, with travel to sites across the West and East Midlands. You must own your own vehicle and have a clean driving licence.

Morro Partnerships are a leading partnerships developer, proactive in driving affordable housing and regeneration. We are now the largest privately owned affordable housing provider in the midlands, with over 3,000 homes in our pipeline.

In Summer 2025, we launched Motion Homes, our open market housing brand, expanding choice and accessibility for buyers. In the same year, we also opened The Innovation Hub, our timber-frame factory, which is driving sustainable design and pioneering innovation across all our developments.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow social media accounts for Morro Partnerships and Motion Homes through organic and paid advertising (LinkedIn, Meta).
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across organic channels.
• Design graphics and creative assets, including video.
• Manage paid social campaigns from setup to reporting.
• Plan and execute paid strategy for Motion Homes.
• Use HubSpot to manage campaigns, automation, re-targeting and reporting for Motion Homes.
• Communicate regularly to our clients, partners and suppliers regularly though email implementation.

Website & SEO

• Plan, execute and optimise Morro Partnerships and Motion Homes website through SEO content writing and keyword research.
• Manage and update our website content, ensuring it is engaging, on-brand and optimised.
• Use WordPress to design and update website regularly.
• Use Google Analytics to track performance and analyse data.

Design Support

• Produce high-quality marketing materials and other creative assets as and when required.

Experience required

• Proven experience in a similar digital marketing role
• Strong understanding of WordPress, SEO, social media marketing and email marketing
• Experience in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics and social media platforms (Meta)
• Knowledge of Canva (desirable but not essential)
• Knowledge of HubSpot (desirable but not essential)
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
