The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

The Online Specialist will manage the operational and commercial elements of the Immediacy Store Pick model. This includes working with stores and the Field Team to ensure the right levels of service and reviewing, refining and improving policies and procedures.

The first point of contact to identify and resolve operational issues related to the online proposition for stores and online partners. They build on the current relationships with external partners, ensuring a collaborative approach to business growth.

Our teams typically work from our vibrant head office in Bradford for three days and remotely for two, Monday to Friday.

Hilmore House, our head office, offers convenient amenities, including a subsidised on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, a prayer room, free parking, and frequent company wide events and promotions.

Applicants should live within a reasonable commuting distance of our office.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs, communicating effectively to keep them updated.

  • Supporting the wider team to create a great place to work and role model our values at all times.

  • Identifying missed sales opportunities and building ways of working to always improve metrics

  • Driving sales by acting on accurate and robust data

  • Working closely with the commercial team to deliver the budget

  • Flag potential risks in a timely manner and support recovery plans

  • support the development of account success by reviewing processes and making necessary changes whilst recommending new technologies and approaches

  • Drive the penetration by ensuring operational teams have the technology and equipment required

  • Support stores feedback and act in a timely manner

  • Manipulating data into a format that is readily available for wider colleagues
