Do you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, with a hands on approach and a can do attitude? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our Market Street team at Morrisons as a Market Street Specialist

As a key member of the Oven Fresh team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our proposition across the estate. Working closely with our buyers, store teams, and category leads, you will support new product development, enhance merchandising standards, and help deliver a market leading customer experience. You will also act as a vital link between our head office and store teams, providing practical support and clear, commercially sound briefs that balance innovation with colleague capability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Champion all aspects of the deli operation, bringing a deep understanding of products, trends, and customer expectations
• Support new product development (NPD) by collaborating with buyers and ensuring clear, actionable brief
• Ensure operational standards and merchandising guidelines are maintained and continuously improved
• Manage and respond to store queries, providing guidance that supports consistent execution
• Monitor internal comments and external social media platforms for deli-related feedback and trends
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure new ideas and projects are accurately scoped with both commercial and operational needs in mind
• Support new store openings and other key projects as required, flexibility to travel and stay away from home is essential

• Strong knowledge of deli products, processes, and customer expectations
• A well rounded understanding of the wider Market Street operation
• Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across head office, store, and field teams
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Proactive and collaborative, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering great results]
