Do you have a friendly and helpful style, enjoy meeting new people, and go above and beyond for customers? As a Market Street Baker, you will be the face of our fresh bakery in store and will:
- Ensure customer confidence in the availability of fresh bakery products
- Maintain quality, fresh, and attractive displays of food throughout the trading day to promote sales
- Prepare bakery products for sale according to company specifications, using appropriate equipment (e.g., prover, oven, mixer) and bakery skills, including bread, rolls, doughnuts, and fruited products
- Deliver outstanding, friendly, and helpful service, creating memorable moments for our customers and highlighting our traditional skills and fresh products
