The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
As Line Leader in our Production team, you’ll oversee a set area of our operation, driving standards in the team to ensure consistency of delivery. You’ll provide the tools and training to help our colleagues to understand key ways of working and relevant site processes.
Listening to our colleagues is really important, and you’ll do this whilst taking action to solve issues and improve processes wherever possible. Working flexibly to support and liaise with other teams as required, you will look to deliver improvements that speed up and simplify the way we work.
