Customer Relationship Marketing Manager (CRM) It\’s an exciting time in Loyalty at Morrisons, we\’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. You will spend your time defining and shaping the CRM/communications strategy, building out our customer life cycle journeys, from welcome to lapsed, for our Loyalty scheme to drive engagement whilst simultaneously driving trade for the business, ensuring our scheme communications are best in class. The Marketing Manager will lead the communications team, managing email and push communications, whilst also working across other areas of Targeted Marketing and Loyalty. You will also manage key relationships with external partners to deliver against the plan. In this role you’ll help define our email and push marketing strategy, from planning through to execution. Lead the segmentation strategy across all direct marketing channels. Implement a test & learn programme to retain and grow our loyalty base. You’ll work closely with other team members, marketing departments, commercial and retail teams to deliver a comprehensive communications plan which puts customers first. This role is also critical in helping to deliver sales driving activity, Morrisons More communications and service/legal messages. This role is also a highly creative role where you will need to work closely with other marketing teams, plus third party creative agencies to brief and create engaging content across email and push comms. This role is also critical to the integration and migration of our new CRM system. Some of your responsibilities will include: Line management Support in the development of the email strategy to ensure relevant and timely offers and communications for customers; translating this into an activity plan for execution by internal colleagues and external agencies. Brief creative agencies and internal design teams on email creative Manage Air Traffic Control to ensure relevant, compliant and optimised communication for customers Use existing customer segmentation data [and advise on enhancements] to develop and execute offers that fit for specific customer cells. Follow and develop Targeted Marketing processes to ensure organisational efficiency and control. This is a hybrid role operating over a 4.5 day working week. This role is based at our fantastic head office in Bradford. Boasting an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, prayer room, free parking and regular company-wide events and promotions.
