As a Streetworks Coordinator on the Yorkshire Water contract in Bradford, you will support the Developer Services team by ensuring the effective management and performance of streetworks for water and wastewater delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide extensive Streetworks system and process knowledge.
- Organise and plan all work orders in line with business KPI’s, SLAs and Performance Commitments.
- Manage highways expectations and legislation, sending all highway requests and communications within specified time requirements.
- Make required list edits throughout the day and ensure all relevant forms (e.g., road closure, bag-off) are completed and populated correctly.
- Work alongside Operative Managers and teams to identify, escalate and manage potential issues such as job location, permit conditions, and ongoing works.
