Contract Director
London
£80,000 – £90,000 per annum
Z-Tech are looking for a Contract Director to join their senior management team based in London. This is a key leadership role where you will drive operational excellence, manage complex contracts, and deliver projects that exceed client expectations. If you’re an experienced senior leader with a passion for problem-solving, we want to hear from you.

- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative culture across internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Leadership: Proven ability to provide strategic direction and inspire teams to achieve project objectives.
- Contract Management: Demonstrated experience managing similar forms of NEC contracts, managing contractual obligations, compensation events, and resolving disputes effectively.
- Project Delivery: Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, exceeding client expectations.
- Negotiation: Skilled in leading negotiations and adapting to changes in terms and conditions with agility.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem Solving: Resourceful problem solver with a keen eye for identifying issues and implementing solutions promptly.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH
- ILM – Leadership and Management.
- HND/HNC in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
- Over 6 years’ experience undertaking a senior leadership role, ensuring guidance and best practice in contract delivery.
- Knowledge and experience of working in accordance with CDM regulations.
- Demonstrated practical experience in managing maintenance contracts within critical infrastructure for over 6 years.
