As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be part of the Commercial Team and will be responsible for managing and mentoring Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Quantity Surveyors in carrying out the administration of the commercial and financial aspects of Works in the Region. The role involves working closely with the delivery team delivering the programme and individual projects.
Morrison Water Services is currently looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on our Thames Water Capital Delivery Framework covering the South London Region. Projects requiring immediate Commercial support include:
- Scope 1: Relining of 2.5km of 30" main plus open cut elements (Mar 22 to Dec 24), "Early Contractor Involvement" to assist Client with design development (Nov 21 to Jan 22) Budget of Scheme £8.5m (in development).
- Scope 2: New transfer main between Oxleas Wood and Farningham Hill Reservoirs via Bexley WTW (Jun 22 to Late 24), "Early Contractor Involvement" to assist Client with design development (Ongoing to Apr 22) Budget of scheme between £25m and £35m (in development).
The Thames Water Utilities Framework is administered on bespoke terms and conditions. We are open to candidates from all backgrounds; however IChemE and NEC experience within the Utilities Sectors would be preferred but not essential.
