You will be working alongside qualified and highly experienced members of staff, many of whom would have started their careers as an Apprentice just like you. You will have a dedicated mentor assigned who will help you maximise your potential by sharing your knowledge. This apprenticeship will last for 18 months and once completed you will have a Level 3 Business Administrator qualification.
As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will work with qualified and highly experienced staff. Your responsibilities will include:
- Support and engage with different parts of the organisation and interact with internal or external customers.
- Contribute to the efficiency of the organisation by supporting functional areas, working across teams and resolving issues.
- Assist with daily tasks that keep operations running smoothly, such as organising files or responding to queries.
- Learn to use software tools to manage information and update records, ensuring accuracy and readiness.
- Draft emails, prepare reports, and contribute to team communications.
- Assist with scheduling, note-taking, and sharing outcomes to help meetings be productive and well-organised.
- Interact with colleagues to answer questions and find solutions with warmth and professionalism.
- Master everyday tasks like printing, scanning, and maintaining filing systems, both electronically and on paper.
- Learn across a range of skills, from IT to time management and problem solving.
- Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to develop a wide range of skills.

As an Apprentice within M Groups, you will undertake both a technical programme as well as our internal EU Skills endorsed Apprenticeship Development Scheme (ADS). The ADS programme blends online and face-to-face sessions, including soft skills development and mental health/pastoral care support. Some elements of the scheme are residential, which will take place in England. Applicants must be prepared to travel and stay away from home. The remainder of your time will be spent with our training provider or under supervision on site. While on your programme, travel to and from providers' locations, hotel accommodation and meals will be fully paid for.
