Where will you be working? At M Group Energy, we’re enabling the energy essential to support our lives. We provide an end‑to‑end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation. This role will be within our Callisto team, the leading provider of metering services in the UK energy retail sector, where we provide efficient and flexible services for gas, electricity and water meters. Our meter readers install, maintain and manage meters to make sure customers are billed correctly and energy usage patterns are monitored. This is a hybrid role with some travel to Nottingham and across the country. You will join a supportive, safety‑first team where collaboration, curiosity and continuous improvement are part of everyday life and where you are encouraged to thrive.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead and coach a team of data and process analysts supporting Callisto's core business activities.
  • Drive performance reporting, SLA delivery, invoicing outputs and process re‑engineering initiatives.
  • Act as a process expert, collaborating with Operations, IT, Engineering and senior leadership.
  • Interrogate Electric and Gas portfolio data and make informed recommendations.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end MI provision, ensuring accuracy, clarity and a "one source of truth" approach.
  • Strengthen process maturity through mapping, documentation, innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and people‑management skills, with the ability to inspire high performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication—confident engaging from entry level to Managing Director.
  • Experience delivering high‑quality MI using Power BI and SQL.
  • Strong process mapping, documentation and continuous improvement capability.
  • A passion for creating clarity from complexity, shaping change and driving smarter, more efficient ways of working.
  • An understanding of Electric and Gas processes, data interrogation and operational challenges.
