At M Group Telecom, we are enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe working practices across all project activities and support the completion of RAMS and CPPs.
- Handle financial duties including creating invoices, managing PO support, and assisting with logistics and store quotations.
- Complete daily whereabouts, maintain systems and trackers, manage access, schedule works, book stores and equipment, and carry out any tasks needed for project delivery.
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers, liaise with Warehouse Teams, attend customer and supply-chain meetings, and build strong internal and external relationships.
- Participate in documented 1:1s, attend team meetings, drive improvement initiatives, complete training on time, and ensure accurate time booking via FSL.
Qualifications:
- Ability to support projects effectively; experience in project administration desirable but not essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ideally have financial awareness with cost or sales tracking exposure.
- Accurate, efficient, highly organised, professional communicator with excellent customer service.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly, manage multiple tasks confidently, and thrive both independently and as part of a team.
