We're problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will be within our Water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.
What will you be doing?
- You’ll act as the primary on-site authority for health and safety and conduct and document thorough risk assessments (RAS) prior to starting work.
- You’ll ensure full compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and relevant legislation and maintain a safe and organised worksite, including traffic management and appropriate signage.
- We’ll need you to manage the end-to-end delivery of metering installations and new connections whilst ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes.
Requirements
- Do you hold a current and valid Water Hygiene card and a valid StreetWorks Ticket (NRSWA)?
- Have you got proven hands-on experience in water metering or new connections?
- Do you have strong understanding of health and safety regulations and risk assessments?
- Are you someone who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills?
