We’re looking for someone who knows fibre networks inside out. You’ll be the go-to expert for technical support across our service delivery teams. When things get complex, you’ll step in to solve problems and guide others to the right fix. You’ll lead fault investigations and help resolve issues that need specialist knowledge. Whether it’s N11 light, flat roof access, Grabo, or mechanical lifters, you’ll know what to do and how to explain it clearly. You’ll also take charge of performance checks and help validate failed jobs, making sure our work meets the highest standards. When customers raise serious complaints, you’ll help get to the bottom of it. You’ll work with team managers and regional managers to understand what went wrong and how to make it right. You’ll also support engineers who need extra help, especially those struggling with OTDS and ELF scores. You’ll carry out deep-dive investigations when major faults happen. You’ll write clear reports that show what caused the issue and what we’ve done to fix it. You’ll also build guides and tools that help engineers solve problems faster in future. You’ll be part of performance conversations and help us understand how we’re doing against our targets. You’ll highlight areas that need attention and help drive improvements across the board. If you’re ready to take the lead, solve tough problems, and help others grow, we’d love to hear from you.

You are focused, driven, and always looking for ways to improve. You are comfortable using specialist tools and equipment, even when the job calls for something out of the ordinary. You stay calm under pressure and know how to manage your time when things get busy. You are organised, reliable, and ready to take the lead when needed. If you bring a sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility, you will thrive in this role.
