Where will you be working?
M Group Telecom
At M Group Telecom, we\’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you\’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?
We\’re looking for a hands-on Supervisor to lead our teams working on the Openreach contract. This is a key role where you\’ll help us deliver high-quality telecoms work across the region. You\’ll be out in the field, making sure everything runs smoothly, safely and on time.
You\’ll work closely with our crews and make sure they have what they need to get the job done. You\’ll check the work, solve problems and keep things moving. You\’ll also be the link between our teams and the client, so clear communication is vital.
This role is all about action. You\’ll be planning, checking, guiding and improving. You\’ll help us meet targets and keep standards high. You\’ll also support your team, helping them grow and succeed.
We work mainly with Openreach, so you\’ll be part of a long-term contract with a trusted name in telecoms. You\’ll be joining a company that values hard work, fairness and doing things right.

What you\’ll bring?
We need you to hold a valid NRSWA full Supervisor Street Works card (units 10 to 16) and Smart award accreditations (NOPS). Relevant accreditations (PIA desirable) and a full UK driving license (12 months, no more than 6 points) are essential. Knowledge of Openreach and FTTP/HFC networks is desirable. You should excel in risk assessment, health and safety, and have experience with local authorities. Telecommunication knowledge, especially in underground civils or cabling, is crucial.
