Where will you be working?

M Group Telecom. At M Group Telecom, we\’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you\’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?

  • The position is for a Project Coordinator supporting the delivery of telecoms projects across different locations.
  • Help with planning and tracking, ensuring updates are shared and records are kept.
  • Use systems to check progress and report on what is happening.
  • Manage contact with suppliers and clients, arrange meetings and follow up on actions.
  • Maintain attention to detail, stay focused, manage time well and solve problems.

What you\’ll bring?

  • Experience of working in a role where planning and coordination were part of the day‑to‑day work.
  • Experience using systems to track progress and keep records up to date.
  • Ability to share information clearly and calmly with teams.
  • Comfort with managing tasks that need attention to detail, following steps and checking order.
  • Experience with tools like spreadsheets or project software and keeping things organised.
  • Respectful collaboration, listening and responding to help the team.
  • Experience handling changes, solving problems, staying steady under shifting priorities and asking for help when needed.
  • Clear and thoughtful working style, explaining things in a way that makes sense to others.
  • Open to learning and ready to grow in the role.
