We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We are problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Safety Advisor to join our Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) team, supporting projects across our water infrastructure frameworks.
As a Graduate Safety Advisor, you will have the opportunity to:
- Support the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures across operational sites
- Assist in conducting site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Help identify and assess risks, and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies
- Participate in incident investigations and support the reporting and analysis of findings
- Collaborate with project teams to promote a positive safety culture and raise awareness of best practices
- Contribute to toolbox talks, safety briefings and training sessions
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to health, safety and environmental performance
- Learn how to interpret legislation and industry standards, and apply them in a practical, operational context
- Visit sites regularly to gain hands-on experience and understand the challenges and opportunities in delivering safe infrastructure projects
