This role centers on managing a key Infrastructure account, ensuring full compliance with National Grid Framework standards and BGEN procedures.
You\’ll lead multi-disciplinary teams, support PMs with commercial and technical matters, and foster strong client relationships.
From procurement and estimating to contract administration and design coordination, you\’ll help deliver projects smoothly and profitably.
You\’ll guide estimators, oversee subcontractors, and contribute to tender reviews, site visits, and team meetings.
Regular reporting, risk management, and quality assurance are key, along with nurturing a positive team culture.
Your leadership will ensure seamless project delivery and meaningful collaboration across all disciplines.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Ensure compliance with SHE, quality, and delivery standards
- Manage RIIO 3 programme and build strong client relationships
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver structured project outcomes
- Support PMs with programme, commercial, and technical challenges
- Oversee timely commercial obligations and contract claims
- Conduct reviews to track progress, costs, and risks
- Prepare precise estimates and liaise with suppliers
- Administer contracts and CDM responsibilities
- Hold relevant engineering qualifications and NEC4 accreditation
- Use planning software confidently for programme development
