Where will you be working?

M Group Telecom. At M Group Telecom, we\’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you\\\’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?

We\\\’re looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively and keeping things organised. This full-time role is based in our Gillingham office and plays a key part in supporting our telecoms projects, helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.

  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and local councils
  • Assist with work planning, track progress, and maintain accurate records
  • Support problem-solving as issues arise
  • Contribute to reporting and ensure others have the information they need
  • Work collaboratively to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly

Ideally, you\\\’ll have experience in the telecoms sector, but if you\\\’re a strong candidate with transferable skills and a proactive attitude, full training will be provided. Strong communication skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and confidence using computers are essential. Previous office experience would be beneficial.
