Where will you be working? As an organisation, there is little we don\’t do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom. This role is in our Plant & Fleet department, Plant & Fleet supports teams across our business with their vehicle, plant and specialist equipment needs. What will you be doing?
You\’ll support the smooth management of both internal (owned assets) and external (hired assets) breakdowns. Logging response times and ensuring they\’re tracked and resolved effectively within agreed SLA times. We\’ll ask that you handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, making sure service level agreements are consistently met. You\’ll keep the Job watch scheduling system updated and well-managed to maintain smooth operations. Also, you\’ll ensure Purchase Orders are processed promptly, keeping everything on track. You\’ll update IT systems with accurate and timely information, supporting seamless workflows. You\’ll store documentation securely and collaborate closely with the service and compliance teams to develop and refine operational solutions.
