Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Higher Apprentice Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in the commercial side of the construction industry to develop knowledge, skills and experience while studying a relevant qualification and receiving guidance from experienced professionals.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end? The successful candidate will enrol onto the Level 4 Quantity Surveying Technician Apprenticeship, delivered in partnership with one of our college or training providers. Over 2 years, you will work towards a Level 4 Diploma in Quantity Surveying Practice, which provides a strong foundation for progression to a Degree Apprenticeship and professional accreditation with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (CICES).

Qualifications

  • GCSE grade 4 or equivalent and above in Maths and English
  • A Levels or equivalent Level 3 qualification (e.g., BTEC, T-Level)
  • A keen interest in the construction and infrastructure industry
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A collaborative approach and a drive to make a difference
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
