  • Ensure final bid submissions are complete and correct, ensuring they are well written, reflect the client’s needs and showcase the best of the Energy Division, focusing on why the client should choose our business to deliver their service requirements.
  • Coordinating with other functions that are critical to each bid, e.g. estimating, commercial input, and final governance sign-off.
  • Manage bids through multiple levels of governance.

Supporting the bid team and wider business development activity:

  • Act as a senior member of the bid team to offer support and guidance to others.
  • Supporting reporting activities when required.
  • Assist the wider business development in creating engaging proposals.
