We are expanding and need an experienced Employment Solicitor based in North‑West England to join our team.
The Role
You will work as part of our specialist Trade Union and Employment Rights team, representing individual claimants and trade unions across a broad range of employment matters.
You’ll handle a diverse caseload including:
- Unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims
- Collective and individual employment disputes
- Advising trade unions on legal and strategic employment issues
- Employment Tribunal and appellate advocacy
This is a remote role with occasional attendance at our central Leeds office (1‑2 days per month).
About You
You’re a skilled, motivated and principled solicitor with:
- 6+ years’ PQE in employment law with claimant‑side experience essential
- Strong technical knowledge and advocacy skills
- Confidence managing a varied, high‑profile caseload
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a close‑knit team
- Alignment with trade union and employee rights values
