Responsibilities

  • Take commercial responsibility for contract performance of allocated works to maximise turnover and profitability.
  • Manage cost and commercial matters on fast-track schemes, ensuring accuracy and quality to client standards.
  • Interface with internal project team members and liaise with clients and architects to maintain robust relationships.
  • Adhere to robust commercial processes, ensuring value for money and effective change management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an established Quantity Surveyor in the Financial Sector.
  • Preferred background working with a blue-chip contractor and hands-on experience in project delivery.
  • Relevant quantity surveying degree qualification.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Working knowledge of JCT contracts.

Other Information

  • Successful candidates must be willing to work out of our Warrington office on occasion; we operate a hybrid working model and sites throughout the UK will be visited as needed.
