Responsibilities
- Take commercial responsibility for contract performance of allocated works to maximise turnover and profitability.
- Manage cost and commercial matters on fast-track schemes, ensuring accuracy and quality to client standards.
- Interface with internal project team members and liaise with clients and architects to maintain robust relationships.
- Adhere to robust commercial processes, ensuring value for money and effective change management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an established Quantity Surveyor in the Financial Sector.
- Preferred background working with a blue-chip contractor and hands-on experience in project delivery.
- Relevant quantity surveying degree qualification.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Working knowledge of JCT contracts.

- Analytical, excellent time management and strong commercial acumen.

Other Information
- Successful candidates must be willing to work out of our Warrington office on occasion; we operate a hybrid working model and sites throughout the UK will be visited as needed.
