AC Installation Engineer

We are looking for an experienced AC Installation Supervisor to join our team and support the successful delivery of high-quality projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and a proactive approach to client service.

  • Candidate can be based in Glasgow/Edinburgh/Leeds/Manchester but must be able to travel across the UK
  • What you’ll be doing
  • Installing air conditioning systems to a high standard, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable performance.
  • Reading and interpreting technical schematics and drawings to deliver accurate installations.
  • Working closely with colleagues and site teams to complete projects on time and to a high-quality standard.
  • Providing guidance and support to tradespeople and apprentices, helping to maintain strong standards across the team.
  • Taking ownership of projects and coordinating effectively with client teams.
  • Keeping accurate records of completed work, including service reports and inventory updates.
  • What we’re looking for
  • Strong air conditioning knowledge predominantly with Daikin / Mitsubishi Electric
  • Confidence reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings.
  • Proven experience installing equipment in a professional environment.
  • The ability to diagnose and resolve complex air conditioning issues effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • At least five years’ previous experience within the industry.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Previous experience working within commercial projects / minimum 3 years qualified experience.
