Due to continued growth, we at Livingston Building Services are actively recruiting Plumbers in Leeds, Glasgow, and Edinburgh. We are looking for experienced trade engineers who can work well on their own initiative and as part of a team. With a proactive outlook and the ability to work safely at all times, successful candidates will also possess effective communication skills, enabling them to communicate verbally with colleagues and client representatives, providing a professional service that meets our client’s requirements.

It is vital that any applicants are conversant with current regulations and standards and have the ability to work with minimal supervision. Successful candidates will be working across a mixture of sectors including retail, banking, commercial office, and industrial sectors, and should have at least 3 years of previous experience in this area.

  • Applicants must have a valid CSCS/skills card and hold full plumbing qualifications.
  • Recognised Apprenticeship / SVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in plumbing, heating, or mechanical engineering.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Previous experience working within commercial projects / minimum 3 years qualified experience.
  • Preferable but not compulsory: hold valid ACS gas qualifications with Gas Safe registration.
  • PASMA certification.
  • IPAF Certification.

Wages and allowances are aligned to current BESA rates. This is a permanent role – 37.5 hours per week with an immediate start.
