- Experience with ALM tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Power Platform / Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600) are highly desirable.
