We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated 1st Line Support Technician to join a successful team for a well-established MSP. This is a high-paced team and you should be used to dealing with multiple end-user clients and varying priorities on a daily basis.
This will be a full-time, permanent position at a competitive salary based on proven track record, experience, and technical competence. Placing a high value on active staff mentoring, development and ensuring all members of the team have a career development path that suits their expectations and abilities.
Your role will involve assisting the support desk with answering calls and live chats, entering ticket notes accurately, resolving 1st Line type issues, dealing with client problems, ensuring relevant tickets are escalated, and creatively delivering excellent service to our varied client base.
