Role Overview
The SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Specialist will configure, test, and deploy SuccessFactors modules for a major HRIS transformation programme. This role is hands-on and responsible for delivering high-quality configuration across Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, and/or Payroll, depending on expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed configuration of SuccessFactors modules (EC required; Recruiting/Onboarding/ECP desirable)
- Build business rules, workflows, data models, picklists, templates, and forms
- Support integrations with third-party systems (T&A, payroll, background checks, finance)
- Collaborate with HR and operational teams to gather requirements
- Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT), resolve defects, and ensure quality deployment
- Support data migration activities and validation
- Prepare configuration documentation and release notes
- Provide functional support during go-live and stabilisation
- Assist with quarterly SF release testing
