SIPP Pension Transfer Specialist for successful financial services provider Experience of other regulated financial products useful - ISA, GIA Flexible working 2-3 days week either Wimborne / London - friendly office. The Pension Transfers Specialist role is integral to delivering first-class customer service across a comprehensive product suite. The successful candidate will provide robust analytical and operational support, enhancing client service capabilities, regulatory compliance, and process efficiencies. You will collaborate closely with financial advisers, end consumers, and internal teams, including Product, Technology, and Pensions. Manage incoming valuations, asset acceptance, eligibility checks, and transfer instructions across Altus, Origo, CREST, and internal systems. Perform and verify CREST checks, reconciliations, and regulatory control requirements. Approve payments and transfer-related financial movements in line with internal governance. Extensive experience managing ISA, GIA, and SIPP transfers within a platform, wealth management, or financial services environment. Strong understanding of transfer rules, regulations, and industry standards, including re-registration and cash transfer processes. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage critical, high-risk processes.
