Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) and Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) are affiliated architectural, engineering, and environmental consulting firms with a team of 800+ professionals and growing. We’re seeking a driven Corporate Recruiter to join our Recruiting team and play a key role in attracting top talent across multiple disciplines. This position is based in our Abingdon, MD office and will start on-site, with the opportunity to move to a hybrid schedule after 6 months. Core hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., business casual dress. Occasional overtime may be required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and other platforms
  • Coordinate and schedule virtual and in-person interviews
  • Prepare and send offer letters; follow up with hiring managers and candidates
  • Pre-screen candidates and conduct reference checks
  • Post and manage job ads through the ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sites
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS
  • Support onboarding by coordinating new hire paperwork and pre-employment requirements
  • Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred, not required)
  • Confident communicator with strong organizational skills
